Drive major construction projects with Barclay Constructors as a Senior Project Superintendent based in Sudbury, Ontario. Oversee all field operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure project success.
As a Senior Project Superintendent, you’ll lead comprehensive construction efforts across various sectors including Automotive, Manufacturing, and Mining. Key responsibilities involve mobilizing the project, executing project plans, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, fostering client relationships, mentoring team members, and handling site administration to guarantee project completion on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities   Mobilize projects including setup and equipment selection
Organize subcontractor activities and coordinate meetings
Develop and monitor project schedules and cost control
Mentor and train team members in best practices
Maintain safety and compliance with regulations
Requirements   10 years of supervisory experience in construction
Degree or diploma in a construction‑related field
Proficiency in reading blueprints and drawings
Advanced knowledge of construction disciplines and regulations

Experience with project accounting systems
Lead construction initiatives with awareness of safety and project efficiency at Barclay Constructors in Sudbury.
