Key Responsibilities:

• Execute quantity take-offs from project drawings

• Assist in preparing detailed estimates for submissions

• Collect pricing data from various suppliers and subcontractors

• Maintain updated cost databases and historical data

• Engage in bid reviews and pre-tender preparations

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• 0-3 years in construction estimating or field experience

• Ability to understand construction drawings and specifications

• Strong detail orientation and time management skills

• Excel proficiency and awareness of estimating software
