As a Project Coordinator, you play a vital role in supporting Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure project timelines and standards are met. Key responsibilities include monitoring construction progress, preparing financial documentation, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders. This role is perfect for those with a passion for construction and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read and implement project schedules and specifications
• Monitor and report daily construction progress
• Assist with monthly payment certifications and cost controls
• Communicate project updates to clients and team members
• Implement environmental and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technician/Technology
• Minimum 2 years of practical construction experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Valid driver’s license required
