Pioneer Construction is seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Coordinator for a full-time role in Sudbury. You will develop and maintain comprehensive safety programs while collaborating with managers to identify safety issues. This position involves conducting inspections and providing training to ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular workplace inspections and recommend improvements

• Collaborate with management to monitor compliance

• Promote health and safety culture through initiatives

• Maintain and develop health and safety policies

• Provide training on regulatory requirements to all staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of health and safety experience

• Relevant post-secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety

• Certified National Construction Safety Officer (NSCO)

• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

• Valid G License and First Aid Certification
