Position: Estimator Role and

As an Estimator at Ellis Don, you will draw on your 5-10 years of experience in ICI estimating to guide a team through the bidding process. You'll collaborate with the scheduling team to ensure accurate timelines and create extensive budgets for various project types.

Your role will also involve monitoring project success and identifying contractual risks during the bidding phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project procurement and bid processes with confidence

• Assemble accurate budgets for Hard-Bid, Construction Management, and Design Build

• Review drawings and tender documents effectively

• Negotiate subcontractor pricing and organize quotes

• Maintain cost databases for continuous reference

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of ICI estimating experience

• Proficient in CostX or Blue Beam software

• Strong communication skills under time constraints

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

• Experience in risk management during bids
