NATT Personnel Solutions is looking for qualified professionals for its health and safety labour pool. Successful candidates should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of safety regulations. You will conduct risk assessments, support compliance, and deliver essential safety training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform site inspections and recommend improvements
• Assist in maintaining safety compliance standards
• Develop health and safety policies in line with regulations
• Lead safety audits and incident reviews
• Provide employee safety training and orientation
Requirements:
• Education in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent
• 2-3 years' experience in health and safety
• Required Working at Heights certification
• Safety designations like CRSP or related considered valuable
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
