Shape the future of infrastructure as a Senior Estimator s role provides you the opportunity for growth while managing cost estimates and schedules for substantial global projects.
You will lead the multi-discipline estimation process for costs related to significant building and facility projects. Collaborating with estimators and construction engineers, you will oversee all aspects of estimation, from validating material quantities to preparing detailed reports for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee development of multi-discipline cost estimates
• Support procurement and change valuation efforts
• Validate construction quantities from project drawings
• Develop estimate execution plans for major projects
• Maintain industry awareness for estimating best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or Management
• Minimum 10 years in estimating and construction
• Field experience or contractor-side estimating preferred
• Knowledgeable in various estimation platforms
• Excellent client communication and relationship skills
