Construction Superintendent PCL

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee implementation of PCL’s safety program on job sites

• Supervise, coach, and train project team members

• Communicate effectively with trades and direct forces

• Develop, maintain, and execute project plans and schedules

• Review contracts and identify risks to maximize opportunities

Requirements:

• Journeyman certification or related engineering degree

• 10 years of field supervision experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and specifications

• Proficiency in scheduling software for project management

• Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
