Position: Full-Time Service Advisor Dealership
Become a Full-Time Service Advisor at Rush Truck Centres in Sudbury, specializing in customer service and repair coordination during night shifts. Schedule and manage service work efficiently.

As part of the team, report to the Service Manager while working four days a week or five evenings from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health regulations, providing estimates, and overseeing repair progress to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and follow up on service appointments

• Generate complete cost estimates for services

• Document customer symptoms and required repairs

• Obtain approvals and close repair orders

• Maintain communication on repair status with customers

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience

• Background in Heavy Truck or Automotive preferred

• Customer service and administrative proficiency required

• Strong communication skills essential

• Clean driver’s abstract and validation check necessary
