Counter Sales Representative

We are looking for someone seeking exciting new opportunities as Counter Sales Representative for our thriving team in Sudbury, ON. The successful person will be an energetic, customer focused, self-starter who has experience in the power transmission industry.

• Great all customers (in person or over the phone) with positive engaging and welcoming attitude, sell and support Nordic Bearings diversified line of Hydraulics products via email, phone over the counter. This would include cutting and making hoses.
• Deliver high level of customer service and support to our customer base.
• Handle customer transactions, including sales, returns and defectives in a timely manner.
• Follow all policies and standard operating practices related to cash, credit, check and refund policy.
• Carry out other store support related duties including but not limited to supporting the warehouse functions.
• Work with management team to solve customer service issues, customer complaints.
• Assist other team members when required.
• Work with management team to react to customer service issues, customer complaints/or business opportunities.
• Knowledge in bearing, sprockets, sheaves, hydraulics hoses/fittings
• Possesses high interpersonal skills in order to develop and maintain working relationships
• Salary : 23-25 $
