Become a key communicator for Sandvik Mining as a Bilingual Customer Sales Support Representative in Lively, ON or Val-d’Or, QC. This role involves processing orders and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.

In the role of Customer Sales Support Representative, you will directly engage with customers and internal teams to streamline orders and address inquiries. You will leverage your bilingual skills to manage customer communications, process orders, and tackle technical issues while ensuring adherence to company policies. Your part in shipment arrangements will further enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and facilitate logistics

• Support inquiries via phone and email for quotes and orders

• Expedite back-order reports and communicate updates

• Maintain product knowledge to assist customers

• Handle incoming goods and provide required support

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of relevant customer service experience

• Bilingual in English and French preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sales Force

• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
