We need a motivated, customer-oriented Service Advisor to enhance our service department. As the initial contact for our Service customers, you’ll oversee their journey while ensuring outstanding service and support. Your ability to listen to customers and offer guidance will be crucial in helping them understand services and repairs required for their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess auto services via customer symptom descriptions

• Verify warranty and service contracts for accuracy

• Prepare and explain repair estimates to customers

• Maintain open communication to boost customer satisfaction

• Record service details accurately for future reference

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of customer service experience

• Must hold a valid G Driver’s License

• Auto experience is a plus

• Willing to work flexible hours, including Saturdays

• Excellent customer service skills
