Receptionist and Facility Clerk Role

Location: Greater Sudbury

Join the City of Greater Sudbury as a Receptionist and Facility Clerk at Falconbridge Wellness Centre. Provide excellent customer service while managing registrations and facility operations.

This part-time limited regular role will allow you to work up to 48 hours bi-weekly, including evenings and weekends. As you support facility operations, your responsibilities will include processing bookings, responding to inquiries, and ensuring the reception area is welcoming to all users. You will also be accountable for maintaining records and ensuring a smooth operation of cash-handling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage phone calls and visitor inquiries efficiently

• Register patrons and process related forms

• Conduct cash transactions and create receipts

• Secure the facility during opening and closing

• Report any deficiencies or hazards to supervisors

Requirements:

• Completed secondary school education (grade XII)

• At least six months of related experience

• Certification in First Aid/CPR Level C

• Proficient keyboarding and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with Windows-based administrative systems
