Position: Holiday Customer Service Position at LCBO

Enhance your customer service skills this holiday season as a Holiday Customer Service Representative with LCBO in Ontario. This on-site role supports customers while making their shopping experience joyful and memorable.

As part of the LCBO team, you’ll work from November 16 to December 31, 2026. Successful candidates will be dedicated to outstanding customer experiences and assist in various tasks, from cash handling to inventory management. Paid online training ensures you are equipped to support shoppers in learning about wines, beers, ciders, and spirits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve customers using the POS/Cash system

• Ask for donations for our Spirit of Sustainability campaign

• Participate in customer survey initiatives

• Receive inventory and replenish stock on shelves

• Maintain a clean and safe store environment

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs./18 kg frequently

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Legally able to work in Canada

• Bilingual in English and French is a bonus

• Available on key holiday dates and weekends
