Substitute Reference Librarian, Goodnow Library (Sudbury)

The Goodnow Library seeks an enthusiastic substitute Reference Librarian to provide outstanding customer service to its patrons. We’re looking for someone who is able to shift gears smoothly and prioritize patron needs. The ideal candidate will be available to cover daytime shifts, be detail oriented, and be able to effectively answer patron questions. Shifts are irregular.

Weekday availability highly desired, may include evenings or weekends.

Knowledge of current popular literature and solid technology skills, including competency with mobile platforms, are preferred qualifications. MLS and one to three years of related experience required. MLS students are strongly encouraged to apply. A CORI (criminal record) check will be required for the successful candidate.
