This full-time, permanent position requires an experienced instructor responsible for developing and presenting Caterpillar training courses. You'll need at least five years of hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing machinery. By collaborating with other instructors and service teams, you will ensure that curriculum and training strategies remain relevant and impactful, thereby enhancing both internal and customer competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver customer-focused training sessions on Caterpillar products

• Maintain current expertise regarding product line advancements

• Identify and schedule necessary training courses effectively

• Oversee training facility and equipment requirements

• Compile reports and evaluations for service management
Requirements:

• College diploma in Heavy Equipment with related certification

• Provincial Heavy Equipment Certification or equivalent

• Minimum five years diagnosing and repairing Caterpillar equipment

• Proficient in interpersonal and computer skills

• Strong grasp of Caterpillar Service Software
