Join Cambrian College as a Senior Test Proctor, focusing on overseeing testing operations. This part-time role demands strong organizational skills and a commitment to integrity in exam administration.

The Test Centre at Cambrian College seeks two part-time Senior Test Proctors for 24 hours per week. You'll administer and monitor accommodated, non-accommodated, and external tests while training and guiding casual proctors. Collaborating with faculty and external organizations, you ensure compliance with testing policies and support student needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and invigilate exams in compliance with established policies

• Review instructions and accommodations for accurate test administration

• Serve as a point of contact for testing concerns

• Train and support casual proctors during test administration

• Address inquiries from students and faculty regarding test procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum two-year diploma or degree required

• Two years of relevant work experience required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technologies

• Strong communication and customer service skills essential

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities needed
