Position: Superintendent Role with CSC Nouvelon
Location: Greater Sudbury

Elevate educational standards as Superintendent of Education at CSC Nouvelon in Ontario. This challenging position focuses on advancing student success and maintaining a thriving Francophone community.

Reporting to the Director of Education, you will play a vital part in implementing CSC Nouvelon’s strategic plan while ensuring robust collaboration among schools in the region. Your focus on student welfare, teaching effectiveness, and community engagement will be essential in promoting Catholic education values and Francophone cultural vitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee student achievement and curriculum across schools

• Collaborate on the Council's improvement plan and strategic objectives

• Evaluate principal effectiveness through student data

• Develop a shared vision for educational practice

• Foster connections with community stakeholders

Requirements:

• Ten years of educational leadership experience required

• Master’s or doctorate level credential necessary

• Certification with the Ontario College of Teachers

• Completion of Principal's Qualification courses

• Ability to communicate fluently in French and English
