Position: Facilitator for TELUS Health Workshops
Location: Greater Sudbury

Join TELUS Health in Sudbury, ON, as a Seminar and Workshop Facilitator. You will deliver impactful learning sessions focusing on mental, physical, and financial health for corporate clients.

As an independent contractor, you will lead in-person and virtual training workshops at TELUS Health.

Your role includes managing learning environments while sharing expertise in change management, stress management, and professional behaviors. You'll create engaging experiences aimed at driving behavioral change in organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging one-hour awareness seminars

• Conduct interactive half- and full-day skill-building workshops

• Adapt instructional materials for diverse groups

• Manage participant engagement during training sessions

• Support development and testing of educational products

Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in adult education, psychology, or related field

• Minimum of 5 years experience in instructor-led training

• Proven communication and group facilitation skills

• Experience with adult learners in workplace settings

• Ability to accommodate different learning needs
