As part of your role, you will engage in planning and facilitating programs that uplift Indigenous youth's self-esteem and cultural identity. Your contributions will also promote awareness and appreciation of diverse FNMI perspectives across the school.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design programs that celebrate Indigenous culture
• Facilitate education on FNMI trades and stories
• Support students' emotional and psychological needs
• Work with staff to enhance cultural inclusion
• Promote graduation and well-being of Indigenous youth
Requirements:
• Strong background in Indigenous community work
• Understanding of FNMI cultures and issues
• Proven communication and leadership skills
• Passion for education and youth development
• Ability to work effectively in a team
