Job Description Our client, a growing industrial technology consulting organization, is seeking a Junior Automation Engineer to support engineering and project teams on a variety of technical initiatives.
This position is well suited for early-career engineers who are looking to build experience in industrial environments while working alongside experienced professionals on real-world projects.
The experience you will bring includes:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline
Some exposure to automation, controls, or industrial systems through internships, co-op placements, or early career roles
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate technical work
Interest in working within structured, safety-focused engineering environments
Your responsibilities will encompass:
Assisting with preparation of engineering documentation and project deliverables
Supporting collaboration between team members across technical disciplines
Contributing to project coordination activities and internal communication
