The opportunity awaits with WSP as a Senior Civil Engineer located in Thunder Bay or Sudbury, Ontario. Lead impactful civil engineering projects for heavy industries, from design through construction.
WSP is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to enrich the Resources subsector within their Energy, Resources & Industry group. This position focuses on civil project delivery within industrial and mining environments. You will collaborate with a tight-knit team, offering your senior design and planning expertise to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design grading, earthworks, and water distribution systems
• Develop and verify technical drawings and specifications
• Review project deliverables for compliance and quality
• Provide technical support during construction phases
• Prepare permit applications and proposal documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• P.Eng. license in Ontario or any Canadian province
• Senior civil design experience in consulting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Valid G-class driver’s license
