Elevate asset management as a Reliability Lead with Glencore Sudbury Integrated Nickel Operations. Drive reliability strategies and boost operational efficiency in this full-time role.
This essential full-time position seeks a Reliability Lead to enhance the efficiency and reliability of operations at Glencore's Strathcona Mill. Reporting to the Director, you will promote a culture of reliability and collaboration among Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering teams.
Your role will focus on continuous improvement, ensuring effective asset management practices and reliability strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement reliability strategies for all assets
• Lead efforts to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
• Foster an “Operate for Reliability” culture among teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes
• Mentor team members on best maintenance practices
Requirements:
• 8-10 years of experience in maintenance reliability
• Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• Professional Engineers of Ontario membership required
• Strong knowledge of RCA and FMEA methodologies
• Proven leadership and communication skills
