Position: Roadway Contract Administrator

Location: Markham, Mississauga, Toronto, Sault Marie, Barrie, North Bay, and Sudbury, ON

Employment Type: Full time, new position, expected to begin as soon as possible.

• Assists the Project Management team in reviewing and implementing RFIs and change orders.
• Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with specifications.
• Work with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate.
• Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed.
• Monitor design changes, contractor and subcontractor activities and progress.

• University Degree in Civil Engineering + 4years experience on MTO projects or College Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology + 6years experience on MTO projects.
• OACETT Registration Road Construction Contract Administrator (RCCA) required OR PEng in Ontario.
• Must have completed successfully Ministry of Transportation T131 Advanced Claims Dispute Resolution training.

• Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with CMS.
• Proven ability and experience in successfully administering highway/structure construction contracts.

• Compensation range: $100,000 to $150,000 CAD annually, based on education, qualifications, and location.
