Drive innovation in renewable energy as an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer on WSP's Energy team. Contribute to power generation projects and mechanical design throughout the project lifecycle.
WSP is seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience in the EPCM workplace. This role focuses on designing mechanical piping and equipment, preparing technical specifications, and mentoring junior engineers. You will interface with various stakeholders, ensuring optimal communication and collaboration across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design mechanical piping and equipment for power generation
• Prepare specifications and technical bid evaluations
• Review vendor drawings and equipment data
• Collaborate with clients and suppliers effectively
• Develop PFDs and P&IDs for projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
• 6-10 years of EPCM experience focused on power generation
• Valid professional engineer license (P.Eng, Ing, PE)
• Proficiency in Microstation or AutoCAD
• Familiarity with Caesar II or Auto Pipe
