In this role, you will evaluate environmental conditions and address hazardous materials through methodical investigations and assessments. You'll work closely with clients and subcontractors, ensuring compliance and safety in every project. High attention to detail and strong communication will be essential as you prepare technical reports and oversee remediation tasks successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze hazardous materials like asbestos and mould
• Coordinate with subcontractors for remediation tasks
• Assess building damage from various incidents
• Collect and interpret building air samples
• Prepare technical documentation and reports
Requirements:
• Diploma in Environmental or Construction Technology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong oral and written communication abilities
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle needed
• Ability to travel in Northern Ontario for projects
