Position: Project Controller for Onaping Depth
Join Redpath as a Project Controller focused on the Onaping Depth project with a 14 days on, 14 days off rotation. Enhance project performance and control processes while guiding operational managers.

In this role, you will monitor and optimize project execution by planning and tracking performance metrics. This includes compiling control baselines and engaging in thorough data analysis to ensure the project's economic and physical objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines

• Develop project execution plans and controls baselines

• Track project costs using Primavera software

• Implement earned value management for detailed monitoring

• Prepare and finalize comprehensive project close-out reports

Requirements:

• University degree in business or engineering

• 3 years of relevant project accounting or controls experience

• Proficient in Oracle Primavera and MS Office

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
