Position: Mining Operations Manager Role
Location: Greater Sudbury

Lead operational excellence in mining with a dynamic Operations Manager position. Oversee logistics, safety compliance, and project delivery to enhance service quality and efficiency.

In this role, you will manage daily operations and logistics within mining environments. You’ll ensure adherence to safety standards and coordinate project implementation while engaging with clients to understand their needs. Your operational insights will drive performance improvements and help support both technical services and client training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operational activities and logistics

Requirements:

• Degree in Mining or Chemical Engineering

• 5+ years experience in mining or explosives environments

• Strong operational and technical understanding

• Experience in drill & blast or mining services

• Knowledge of safety standards in mining
