Position: Technical Director for Energy & Resources at Stantec
Location: greater sudbury

Lead and innovate within Stantec’s Business Center as a Technical Director focused on engineering excellence in Eastern Canada. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
As a director-level leader, you will bridge business operations and technical execution while fostering a high-performance culture. You'll be responsible for building technical delivery teams across various Stantec locations, driving project success through collaboration and innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize technical delivery teams across disciplines

• Inspire team accountability for innovative design solutions

• Manage technical project delivery and quality assurance

• Build partnerships with business leaders and clients

• Ensure compliance with engineering regulations
Requirements:

• Active P. Eng. or P.L. Eng registration in eastern Canada

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Energy & Resources sector

• Strong leadership and project management skills

• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities

• Technical degree or equivalent in a related field
