Elevate Normet's training efforts as a Technical Training Expert. Deliver comprehensive training programs that focus on equipment operation for both Normet staff and customers.
In this role, you'll assist in resolving product-related issues while designing training materials tailored to meet the specific needs of mining and tunneling applications. You will represent Normet’s professionalism and commitment to quality and safety standards throughout your training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging training sessions for Normet teams and clients

• Develop custom training materials for various applications

• Act as a technical resource for product and technology development

• Support HSEQ compliance and documentation updates

• Collaborate with sales and service teams to provide expertise
Requirements:

• Extensive background in technical training

• Familiarity with mining and tunneling equipment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Industry certifications maintained and updated
Lead impactful training sessions at Normet to ensure quality knowledge transfer and operational success across North America.
