This senior role involves overseeing the design and safety evaluations of retaining structures and earthfill dams, where you will lead major engineering projects while mentoring fellow engineers. You will also participate in critical quality assurance reviews and support business unit growth through proposal development, ensuring projects adhere to the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and inspect earthfill retaining structures
• Lead significant hydropower projects and teams
• Mentor engineers and foster their professional development
• Participate in quality assurance and design review sessions
• Contribute to business unit proposal preparations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Civil or Geological Engineering
• Master’s degree in relevant field preferred
• Extensive experience with dam design and inspections
