Glencore Reliability Lead Position

Location: Greater Sudbury

Drive operational excellence as a Reliability Lead at Glencore’s Sudbury Integrated Nickel Operations in Ontario. Focus on equipment reliability and leader-driven improvement initiatives as part of a dedicated team in this site-based role.

In this full-time, permanent position, you will report to the Director of Strathcona Mill and lead reliability programs aimed at reducing downtime and enhancing performance. Collaborate across departments to foster a culture that prioritizes reliability and safety. Essential for this role is a background in maintenance reliability within industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient operation of Mill assets

• Lead strategies for continuous reliability improvement

• Develop a culture focused on asset integrity

• Engage in failure analysis and best practice implementation

• Work closely with various operational teams

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of relevant industrial experience

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline

• Professional Engineers of Ontario registration

• Expertise in reliability practices and RCA

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
