Key Responsibilities- Design technical components for tailings and water systems
- Create water balance models using advanced software
- Lead junior staff in engineering solutions
- Engage in client collaborations on environmental assessments
- Participate in Dam Safety Reviews and risk analysis
- Civil engineering degree required; masters preferred
- At least a decade of design experience in mining-related projects
- Must qualify as a professional engineer in Canada
- Robust skills in flood management and erosion control
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
