Roadway Construction Administrator in Ontario

Location: greater sudbury

Join the Project Management team as a Roadway Construction Contract Administrator across multiple Ontario locations including Markham and Toronto. You will oversee RFIs, change orders, and project compliance while ensuring accuracy.
This full-time role requires a University Degree in Civil Engineering with at least four years of experience on MTO projects, or a College Diploma with six years of experience. You will be instrumental in reviewing project costs and scheduling while monitoring contractor activities. Successful completion of T131 Advanced Claims Dispute Resolution training is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and implement RFIs and change orders

• Analyze project costs and scheduling for compliance

• Maintain document control and project management systems

• Attend and report on project progress in meetings

• Monitor contractor and subcontractor activities and designs
Requirements:

• University Degree in Civil Engineering required

• OACETT Registration or PEng in Ontario needed

• 4 years' experience on MTO projects minimum

• T131 training in Advanced Claims Dispute Resolution

• Ideally 5+ years of relevant construction contract experience
