Position: Factory Representative for MC51 Machine

Drive success as a Factory Technical Representative with Komatsu, focusing on the MC51 in Lively, Ontario. This hands-on role requires expertise in testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining mining equipment onsite.
This position entails working with customer installations of the MC51 Hard Rock machine, ensuring optimum performance through thorough inspections and user training. Reporting to the Service Product Programs Manager, your efforts will directly impact product performance and design considerations. You'll also assist in inventory management for machine trials at various customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and test MC51 machine electrical and mechanical systems

• Conduct user training on operational and troubleshooting procedures

• Provide hands-on support for equipment issues underground

• Maintain all technical and failure reports accurately

• Facilitate sourcing of necessary spare parts for trials
Requirements:

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical certification

• Minimum 3 years in maintenance and troubleshooting in mining

• Capability to travel remotely as needed

• Underground common core certification required

• Valid driver’s license essential
