As a key player at Sudbury Integrated Nickel Operations, you'll be responsible for leading the coordination of shutdowns and maintenance events.

Your role will involve managing schedules, resources, and timelines, ensuring a smooth execution of planned outages while adhering to strict safety protocols. Close collaboration with teams across Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering is essential to achieving operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate smelter shutdown activities

• Lead shutdown planning supervision and resources

• Maintain safety standards during operations

• Define scopes and required resources for events

• Work with cross-functional teams for success

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of industry-related experience

• Relevant trade certification or technical degree

• Familiarity with SAP and work management systems

• Proven supervisory experience with technical teams
