Reporting to the Maintenance Planning Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the preparations for shutdowns and maintenance activities. With 5–8 years of relevant experience in heavy industry, you will collaborate closely with Maintenance and Operations teams to define scopes and allocate necessary resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage readiness activities for Downday maintenance

• Ensure proper planning and documentation for shutdowns

• Supervise the application of planning standards

• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams

• Uphold safety requirements during all operations

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of supervisory experience in maintenance

• Engineering degree or technical diploma

• Familiarity with maintenance work management systems like SAP

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Commitment to continuous improvement and safety
