As an integral member of the Project Management team, you will assist in reviewing RFIs and change orders, ensuring that every project aligns with budgetary constraints and specifications. This role requires efficient use of document control systems and project management software, enabling real-time updates and accurate communication. You'll also be responsible for monitoring contractor activities to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and review RFIs and project change orders
• Track project costs to ensure compliance with budgets
• Utilize project management systems for effective information flow
• Attend meetings to report on project progress
• Supervise contractor and sub-contractor activities
Requirements:
• University degree in Civil Engineering and 4 years' experience
• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology with 6 years' experience
• Necessary OACETT or PEng registration in Ontario
• Completion of T131 training required
• Minimum of 5+ years’ relevant experience preferred
