Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engineering projects on time and within scope
• Mentor and guide junior engineers effectively
• Collaboratively work on business development initiatives
• Assist in proposal writing and project estimations
• Conduct surveys and ensure safety compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 8+ years designing within heavy industrial sectors
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Experience with mineral processing and cooling systems
