Position: Senior Mechanical Engineer ON
Transform mining and industrial systems as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at WSP in Sudbury, ON. Lead innovative engineering projects that promote safety and sustainability.
As you bring over 15 years of expertise, you will manage mechanical engineering designs from concept through completion, ensuring project objectives are met and aligned with industry standards. Engage in close collaboration with diverse teams, integrating mechanical designs across disciplines while providing mentorship to less experienced engineers.

Your role also involves direct interactions with clients and contractors to tackle design challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of mechanical engineering packages

• Create reliable specifications for operations

• Collaborate across disciplines for integrated solutions

• Review engineering documents for constructability

• Provide mentorship to junior engineers
Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related

• Minimum 15 years of relevant engineering experience

• P.Eng. eligibility in Canada

• Proficient with design and modeling software

• Willing to work on-site and adhere to safety standards
