Become a Mining Equipment Training Coordinator with Mac Lean Engineering, focusing on training for mine operators and maintaining high equipment standards. Drive efficiency through effective training practices and material development.
In this role, you will educate mine site operators through structured training sessions and comprehensive material creation. Your responsibilities extend to ensuring that all training is relevant and meets the evolving demands of customers while assisting in resolving equipment issues collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train operators on heavy drilling and rock bolting equipment
• Develop training materials, including manuals and operational aids
• Maintain accurate records of all training conducted
• Communicate effectively with technical teams on field issues
• Support R&D projects for improved equipment design
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in mobile equipment or HDEM
• Minimum of 3 years field experience with mobile machinery
• Proficient with MS Office, AutoCAD knowledge is a bonus
• Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems is desirable
• Bilingual ability in English and French is helpful
