Epiroc is seeking a knowledgeable Technical Service Representative in the field of Material Handling. This hybrid role requires experience with Epiroc equipment while offering extensive training opportunities. You will collaborate with the Product Specialist Team for product support, perform major warranty investigations, and ensure quality assurance across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose customer technical issues effectively
• Conduct field tests for product improvements
• Provide application support with Product Specialist Team
• Assist in quality assurance for shop and field teams
• Manage major warranty claims and investigations
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Epiroc equipment
• Heavy Equipment/Electrical Red Seal Certified or final apprentice
• Understanding of electrical control systems
• Experience in mechanical/hydraulic systems
• Communication skills in both official languages
