This pivotal position, reporting to the Director of Autonomous Operations, focuses on strategic implementation, team leadership, and enhancing profit margins. Your expertise in mining or process automation will support talent development and enable profit growth through innovative client engagements. Develop integrated solutions in collaboration with Worley Consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and deploy vision with leadership and Digital COE
• Foster team capabilities and manage profit growth
• Enhance customer focus to meet sales targets
• Provide regional insights for operational performance
• Lead multiple digital customer engagements simultaneously
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in automation technologies
• Background in process automation and engineering
• Excellent client and stakeholder influencing skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA preferred
• Willing to travel up to 30%
