Join Kinaxis Maestro as a Senior Solution Consultant focusing on production support and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive application maintenance and assist users effectively.
As a Senior Consultant, you will take charge of troubleshooting and supporting established Kinaxis Maestro systems.
Your role encompasses resolving issues quickly while providing technical guidance to enhance user experience. You'll also perform data quality checks and minor enhancements to improve system effectiveness over time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary contact for complex data issues
• Resolve functional errors ensuring smooth daily operations
• Conduct assessments for data readiness and integrity
• Develop user manuals and oversee targeted training programs
• Design minor configuration changes across multiple modules
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 5 to 8 years' experience with Kinaxis Maestro/Rapid Response
• Mandatory Kinaxis Level 2 Certification
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes
• Exceptional problem-solving communication skills
