Technica is looking for a Mining Engineer with 5-10 years of underground mining experience to support project operations effectively. You'll focus on mine design, scheduling, and perform essential tasks such as cut-off grade analysis and cost estimation. Proficiency with Deswik Software Suite will be essential for assessing mine planning and operation support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop underground mine designs tailored to project needs
• Conduct cut-off grade analysis and mining method selection
• Build comprehensive life of mine schedules
• Assist with constructability reviews across projects
• Prepare detailed capital and operating cost estimates
Requirements:
• 5-10 years of underground mining experience
• Degree or diploma in Mining Engineering or related field
• Experience in mine scheduling and technical studies
• Proficiency in Deswik Software Suite (CAD, IS, DSO)
• Support for underground operations and blast design
