As the Manager of Municipal Engineering, your leadership is crucial for the delivery of municipal infrastructure projects. You'll manage a team skilled in delivering safe and sustainable designs, while simultaneously running the business side of project proposals and stakeholder engagement. This position offers a mix of technical leadership and people management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams in high-quality municipal project delivery

• Oversee all project aspects including budget and quality

• Represent WSP in client and stakeholder discussions

• Create business opportunities through proposal development

• Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering regulations

Requirements:

• P.Eng. in Ontario with Civil Engineering background

• 15+ years in municipal engineering

• 5+ years in leadership roles

• Proven success in managing financial deliverables

• Effective communication in multi-project environments
