Senior Energy Mechanical Engineer Position

As part of WSP’s Energy subsector, you will apply over 15 years of experience to lead projects that drive energy modernization and sustainability. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and various engineering disciplines to optimize designs for mechanical systems in power generation. Your work will be crucial in integrating renewable energy technologies into existing infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design mechanical piping and equipment for energy projects

• Evaluate engineering standards and best practices

• Develop detailed P&IDs for power generation systems

• Execute sizing calculations for mechanical equipment

• Review technical designs for compliance and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering is essential

• 15+ years of experience in an EPCM environment

• Must hold a valid engineering license

• Proficient in design software like AutoCAD

• Experience with energy-related systems and technologies
