Excel as a Senior Mechanical HVAC Engineer at WSP in Northern Ontario, providing vital technical leadership on projects that enhance industrial infrastructure systems in mining and metals. Your insights will guide design and foster team growth.

In this strategic role, you will lead mechanical HVAC design efforts, ensuring technical precision from concept to realization. With at least 15 years of relevant experience, your work will support high-performance operations through effective specifications and reliable system development. Engaging with a variety of project stakeholders will be key to tackling engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mechanical HVAC design and engineering documentation

• Collaborate on integrating systems with structural and electrical components

• Conduct reviews to uphold design quality and compliance

• Provide mentorship to engineering team members

• Solve technical issues alongside clients and partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Over 15 years in mechanical engineering roles

• Eligible for P.Eng. designation in Canada

• Expertise in mechanical design tools

• Experience with flue gas systems and ventilation
