WSP is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to spearhead impactful infrastructure projects across Northern Ontario. You will oversee site investigations, conduct advanced geotechnical analyses, and develop vital design recommendations. Your expertise will play a significant role in supporting local industries and enhancing community resilience in this region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead geotechnical projects for transportation and community growth

• Conduct soil assessments and advanced geotechnical analysis

• Develop geotechnical reports and design recommendations

• Mentor junior engineers and technicians for capability enhancement

• Collaborate with clients and Indigenous partners on projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering

• 10+ years of geotechnical experience, preferably in northern projects

• Strong knowledge of soil mechanics and ground improvement

• Proficiency in geotechnical design software

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario
