Lead the surveying department with Green Infrastructure Partners as a Surveyor Manager. Utilize your technical expertise and leadership skills to guarantee accurate data collection and project management.

As the Surveyor Manager, you will report into the Director in Sudbury and oversee surveying operations.

Your role spans team leadership, strategic scheduling, and resource allocation while ensuring high-quality standards and mentorship for surveying staff. You will be the main technical point of contact between various stakeholders, including project managers and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee scheduling and operations of the surveying team

• Serve as the senior liaison with project managers and clients

• Manage maintenance and calibration of surveying equipment

• Certify and approve all final survey data and reports

• Conduct quality audits of survey data and calculations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in civil engineering technology

• Minimum 7 years surveying experience on heavy civil projects

• Advanced skills in CAD, GPS, and survey software

• Strong mathematical aptitude for calculations

• Valid driver’s license required
